Listed alphabetically by presenterMost sessions consisted of invited testimony followed by a period when anyone in the audience could speak for five minutes. Some speakers presented prepared remarks and, often, submitted extended comments for the record. 0thers offered no written testimony. For a variety of reasons the quality of the transcribed testimony is highly variable (see: Word from the Editor Regarding the Transcripts).
